Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before your scheduled tour in order to avoid fees. Any cancellations made after that are subject to the following fees.
7-13 days prior to tour = 50% of total bill
1-6 days prior to tour = 75% of total bill
No refunds for tours canceled on the day of the tour.
No shows will be responsible for the total balance of the bill.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER LMHS may choose to cancel a tour for weather related reasons to ensure the safety of your group and our staff. If this happens every effort will be made to reschedule the tour. Your group will not be responsible for fees related to cancellations due to weather. Note that the LMHS follows the Minnetonka School District for weather related closings.
