A striking, restored print of an 1892 map of Lake Minnetonka, printed on heavy, white, coated archival photo paper in black and white with sky blue water and title accents. Digitally colored and restored by historian Scott D. McGinnis who spent close to 100 hours painstakingly correcting and adding to the property owners recorded on the map as well as correcting 125 year old cartographic errors and anomalies, making this a truly historic, one-of-a-kind work of art. Featuring an ivory mat with black beaded edge and ornate, black beaded frame.
